Named Scholarships and Endowments
Establish a Named Scholarship
A named scholarship at Bishop Guilfoyle Academy is more than a gift—it is an investment in faith, education, and the future. Through the Named Scholarship Program, you have the opportunity to create a lasting legacy by helping students receive a BG education while honoring your name or the memory of a loved one, living or deceased.
Your generosity opens doors for students whose potential is great, but whose financial resources may be limited. A named scholarship ensures that opportunity, excellence, and Catholic values remain accessible for generations to come.
Named Scholarship Opportunities
Endowed Named Scholarship
With a minimum commitment of $10,000, an endowed scholarship provides permanent support for BG students. The gift is invested, and the annual earnings are used each year for student financial aid or another purpose you choose—creating an enduring impact that lives on in the lives of our students.
Annual Named Scholarship
An annual named scholarship requires a commitment of $1,000 per year for a minimum of three years. These funds are awarded directly to students as part of their financial aid packages. Every dollar given is awarded, making an immediate and meaningful difference in the lives of BG families.
Changing Lives Through Education
Every contribution to the Named Scholarship Program goes directly toward student financial aid, helping to reduce tuition costs and ensure that financial need is never a barrier to a BG education. Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated need, allowing your generosity to transform lives where it is needed most. Donations may be tax deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Your gift becomes part of a student’s story—one of opportunity, growth, and hope.
